Arya Learning Academy aims to provide high-quality educational services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Free First Session

New students are offered a free first session to evaluate the course. If a student chooses not to continue after the first session:

• • A full refund of the course payment may be requested.
• • The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours after the first session.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• • The student withdraws immediately after the first session.
• • The course is cancelled by the academy.
• • Exceptional circumstances approved by the academy.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

• • The student has attended multiple sessions of the course.
• • The student fails to attend scheduled classes.
• • The student decides to withdraw after a significant portion of the course has been completed.

4. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Courses purchased using limited-time discounts or promotional offers may have special refund conditions. Discounts:

• • Are valid only during the promotional period.
• • Cannot be applied retroactively.
• • Cannot be transferred to other students.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Course Cancellation by the Academy

If Arya Learning Academy cancels a course for any reason:

• • Students will receive a full refund, or
• • They may choose to transfer to another available course.
